All personal data entered by Users in the reservation forms available on the Website are processed in accordance with Smoobu’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.smoobu.com/privacy-policy/ 5. Purpose of Data Processing Users’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of: - providing hospitality services (reservations, customer contact, stay confirmation), - fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. tax or registration requirements), - ensuring the proper functioning of the reservation process via the Smoobu system. 6. Legal Basis for Processing Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR, namely: - processing necessary for the performance of a contract for hospitality services, - legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, - the Administrator’s legitimate interest in maintaining contact with customers and handling enquiries. 7. Data Sharing Personal data may be shared only with entities authorised by law and with entities cooperating with the Administrator in providing hospitality services (e.g. Smoobu, accounting or IT service providers).
